Supra Electronic Lock Box

Price: 100.00 (Ref: )

Today, Supra electronic KeyBoxes are used on over 2.3 million homes nationwide. As world technology advances, Supra delivers KeyBox solutions that integrate both old and new technology. IrDA (InfraRed) communication has been used for many years in TV remote controls. Today this technology has advanced and is now prominent in cellular phones, laptop computers, printers and personal handheld computers. The addition of IrDA to electronic KeyBoxes provides an open architecture that permits the use of many types of PDA devices. The "point and transmit" function allows agents to securely open KeyBoxes without the key ever touching the box.

A point-and-beam KeyBox

Supra’s infrared KeyBox is flexible and secure. Infrared technology eliminates the need for specific key shapes and physical contact points. Communication with the iBox is accomplished by pointing an infrared key at the box from a distance of up to three feet. When the iBox is successfully opened, a message appears on the screen of the key instructing the user to push up on the bottom of the key container for easy release.

A smart design

The iBox fits better behind a screen door and on more door types than older lockboxes. Versatility means easy installation and saving time. Even though the iBox is smaller in size, the key container is larger, accommodating more listing keys.

A secure lockbox you can trust

Knowing your lockboxes are smart and secure puts your clients at ease. The iBox is easily accessible to authorized agents, even in the worst weather, yet the solid construction is very resistant to attack.

WHAT PEOPLE SAY
I would recommend MassForSaleByOwner to everyone trying to sell their house. I can't believe I sold my house without a realtor. I saved a ton on commission and only paid the buyers agent 2%. Andrew was fantastic, very helpful when I could not get my pictures sized correctly. What a great service for such a value!! Thanks Andrew!! Best to you!!

I wasn't sure that we could sell the house ourselves in a down market so far outside of Boston, but it is possible! You've got to have an MLS listing to get your property information out there to do it and MassForSaleByOwner.com is the cheapest one I found. You don't need all that other stuff offered by the other sites (signs, lockbox, etc.)--you can get that all at Home Depot. I'd definitely recommend this service--they are very responsive and quick in getting your listing up. I thought we'd just try it and list with a realtor if a we weren't getting any interest/offers. But we got calls right away and our house went under agreement in less than 2 months and just sold!
