PROCESS
MAPASS follows a strict scheduling process. When a showing
appointment is requested by another agent, the homeowner always receives a call from
MAPASS confirming the availability. If the homeowner chooses, they can also receive
email confirmation.

PROPERTY ACTIVITY TRACKING
Login anytime, anywhere to get an update on your property schedule, block times
when your property is not available for showing, and review feedback about your
property.

ACCURACY
MAPASS always strives for excellence. The process we use and
communication with our customers - both with homeowners and real estate professionals - improves
our level of service.

AUTOMATED FEEDBACK
MAPASS automates the feedback process so that you can read feedback
from other agents that have shown your property. This helps you as the homeowner work with your
listing agent to better market your property.

SECURITY
MAPASS verifies the agent calling requesting to show your property is
a licensed agent and is actually associated with the office that they claim to be. In the events
that the information does not check your listing agent is alerted.

PROCESS
When a request for an appointment is
set through MAPASS, one of our representatives will contact the homeowner and inform them of
the name of the agent that requested the showing, the office they represent, and the date and time
of the requested showing.
If the homeowner can not confirm the
listing's availability, MAPASS cancels the request and contacts the agent and attempts
to reschedule the appointment.
If we are not able to contact the
homeowner directly, a message is left along with a callback number so that homeowner has the
ability to cancel the appointment for any reason.
