The online marketing strategy that works
Doesn’t your home deserve to be featured and sold?
Full-Screen 360° Panoramas
In addition to the still photos, your OnlinePropertyShowcase™ will also
feature big and vibrant HD format 360° panoramas of the rooms. With a single click of the mouse viewers
can control a “remote camera” and can pan left and right, tilt the camera up and down and even zoom in
and out to view details and see the entire room. Each panoramic image requires over 300 megapixels of
data which is why you get crisp, clear, and undistorted views that really make you feel like you’re
actually in the room.
Turnkey Simplicity
Once you schedule a photo session we'll do the rest. Your
OnlinePropertyShowcase™ will be linked to your online listing and website so
buyers can begin touring your property approximately 48 hours after the photo session.
REMEMBER: Google
reads, but people look at pictures. Just sit in any
waiting room and watch people leaf through magazines – they flip until something ‘catches their
eye’. As a professional photographer, it’s my job to create images that do just that. I created the
OnlinePropertyShowcase™ seven years ago to do just that. When people click for the ‘virtual tour’
instead of weak, amateur photos, they see the same kind of beautiful photography that appears in
national magazines like House Beautiful, Dwell, or Architectural Digest. Photos that go way beyond
‘pictures of a house’.
“A compelling
online presentation of a home is without question the best marketing tool for selling a home”
Amy Chorew, Real Estate Coach
NAR reports that
the average time on page for a listing on REALTOR.com is about 58 seconds. That’s not even enough
time to read the description. What that data suggests – and everybody admits to – is that people go
right to the pictures. Either they like what they see or they click <BACK>.
Homes on the
Online Property Showcase™ are typically viewed for five to seven minutes. That’s an eternity on the
internet and when you click on some of these samples you’ll see why:
FAQ
-
First of all, what is a virtual tour?
The concept of virtual tours has changed over the
years. At first, it referred to a simple slide show on a website. As imaging technologies evolved,
so did the concept. Now a virtual tour includes a series of 360º views of spaces.
-
What are the advantages of showing a property with a
virtual tour?
Potential buyers can look at many more properties
in an afternoon online than they could by driving from place to place. This is a plus for
out-of-town buyers, saving them the costs and time commitment of many scouting tours in a new
area. Potential buyers can get a real feel for a
property before they ever walk through the door. Based on their exploration of many properties, the
buyer can create a short list they would actually like to view in
person. They can view properties in privacy, with
no pressure from real estate agents or sellers.
-
What do you mean when you say
The OnlinePropertyShowcase™ is
“so much more than a virtual tour”?
When a buyer chooses to view your property’s
showcase, they are linked to a web page that features big, bold, rich, detailed photographs of your
property. When they click on a photograph, they can “have a look around” using their mouse to scan
left, right, up and down, as if they were standing in the middle of the space.
-
How do you create a showcase of my property?
A professional photographer will schedule a time
to visit your property to create a portfolio of its most outstanding features and amenities. It
usually takes a couple of hours to photograph and create 360º images for an average-sized
property.
We use lights, flashes, natural lighting and other
techniques to give your property the sophisticated appearance of photographs you have seen in
Architectural Digest, Country Home or Better Homes & Gardens.
We use specialized camera equipment and computer
software to create the 360º views.
Once the images are completed, our web designers
create a web page for your property. The showcase is linked to your online property listing, so
potential buyers can view it.

Why do I even need to spend any money selling my property
if I can put it on a website for free?
